The offering on this website is available to South African clients only. We deliver to most South African addresses via courier because it’s faster and your order is delivered straight to your door. We only deliver to physical addresses, not to PO Box addresses. Also, we don’t offer courier delivery to remote areas such as remote farming and mining areas etc. On placing your order, you be will offered a choice of delivery options depending on your delivery address.
Delivery ChargeWe only deliver within South Africa via a courier service. The delivery charge differs depending on where the order is going:
Johannesburg & Surrounds: R40
Other Major Cities & Surrounds: R60
Outlying Regional Areas: R100
FREE DELIVERY on orders R490 or more.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way email.
Delivery Time
We always aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days, however depending on the order's destination it could take up to 7 working days. However, we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. Orders are usually dispatched within one working day of receiving payment confirmation, and when the payment is cleared. Feel free to contact for a more exact estimate.
It is unlikely, but unforeseen circumstances may delay the time it takes to deliver your order. Late delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of an order. But if your delivery doesn’t arrive within the estimated times, please do contact us with your order number so that we may follow up and get back to you with more information.
